At Epic Drams, we take exceptional care in selecting and shipping our premium whiskies. We understand the importance of your purchase arriving in perfect condition.

When We Accept Returns

We offer full replacements or refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Products damaged during transit
  • Incorrect items received
  • Products that don’t match their description

Important Timeframes

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receipt
  • Once approved, return within 14 days
  • Refund processed within 7 working days of receiving return (bank processing times may vary)

Return Process

  1. Email us immediately with:
    Your order number
    Photos of any damage
    Description of the issue
  2. Wait for our return authorization
  3. Once approved, carefully package the item
  4. Use a tracked delivery service
  5. Retain proof of postage

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be unopened
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Seals and labels must be undamaged
  • Item must be in resalable condition

Please Note

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We strongly recommend using tracked & insured shipping
  • Personalized items cannot be returned
  • Partial refunds may apply if items are returned damaged
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our conditions

Premium Care Promise

For our rare and premium bottlings, we provide additional protective packaging and handling. If you receive such items, please inspect them immediately upon delivery while the courier is present.
